The Court Clerks Office
The Sequoyah County Court Clerk issues Jury Summons four times a year. Names of jurors are randomly selected from the Division of Motor Vehicle Driver License Records.
Persons who are 70 years of age or older or those who have served on a jury within the past 5 years cannot be compelled to serve. If that is your situation or you believe you have a medical or some other SIGNIFICANT reason why you cannot serve, you must call the Court Clerk's office at (918) 775-4411
